The Order Process:
When you place your order with Virginia FirePit, LLC you will
have a description block to tell us what you want on your
custom fire pit. We have many fonts and images to choose from,
or you can submit your own images in .jpg format. We will
contact you via e-mail within 2 -3 business days with a design
and the total shipping charge for your order. During this
design phase your credit card issuer will show your purchase
as pending in the amount of the order plus $200.00 included
to cover shipping and handling. When we receive an approval
of the design, your credit card will be charged for the total
of the order and the actual shipping and handling charges.
Your custom fire pit will ship to you within 2 weeks of the
approval date.
Shipping Information:
The 24" Virginia FirePit ships in a carton that weighs
70 pounds. We will ship this item by UPS Ground unless otherwise
instructed. The chart below shows examples of shipping and
handling charges to various cities.
The 36" Virginia FirePit ships by motor freight because
it is very large and weighs 180 pounds. We will ship your
fire pit based on the carrier that provides the least expensive
service in your area. Motor freight charges vary depending
on where the delivery is made. You can choose to pick up your
fire pit at the carriers terminal, have it delivered to a
business with a loading dock, or have it delivered to your
home. If you choose a home delivery, some carriers may insist
on delivering your fire pit on a truck with a lift gate. This
will add to the shipping charge. The chart below shows shipping
charges to some cities. In the chart, the residential rate
does not include liftgate service. Contact our shipping department
if you would like to know your shipping and handling charge
prior to placing your order.
RETURN
POLICY:
We stand behind the quality and workmanship that goes into
every Virginia FirePit. If you are not fully satisfied with
your new fire pit, contact our customer service department
within 30 days for return authorization number. Please repack
the fire pit so that it is returned in the same condition
that it was received. We will fabricate your fire pit per
the design that you approve. Returns will not be authorized
based on design issues.
